The asphalt industry is in dire need of a high-quality, fossil-free binder, and our innovative product, visiBIT, is poised to meet this challenge. By using non-food side streams and filamentous fungi, we estimate an 80% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional asphalt production. Our method is compatible with existing global asphalt infrastructure, making it an attractive solution for a greener future. Visibuilt, founded by Line Kloster Pedersen, has grown to 15 employees in the last year and secured over 33 MDKK in funding, allowing us to enter an exciting growth phase to advance our promising technology further.
